The judge is a piece of shit just like that gay nigger obama.
An Obama-appointed federal judge in Massachusetts ruled Friday that a
public school was likely within its rights when it sent a seventh-grade
student home for wearing a T-shirt with the message “There Are Only Two
Genders,” according to court documents reviewed by the Daily Caller News
Foundation.

The district court judge, Indira Talwani, suggested that the phrase “would
intrude on the rights of others” and the shirt worn by Middleborough
Public Schools middle schooler Liam Morrison could be disallowed by the
dress code of the school, denying his request for a preliminary
injunction, according to court documents. The teenager alleged previously
that he was sent home for wearing the shirt in March and was told by
administrators that his shirt made other students feel unsafe, according
to the New York Post.

Morrison recalled his experience to the school board in a viral post by
popular Twitter account Libs of TikTok.

The teenager was taken out of gym class, he said. “I was told that people
were complaining about the words on my shirt,” he told the school board.
He was told he needed to remove his shirt before going to class, but he
refused and was sent home from school as a result.

Views on gender in America have been changing, with Americans shifting
their views away from the belief in more than two genders, according to a
PRRI poll. The debate on gender identity has become a flashpoint in the
culture in recent years, with one gamer being banned from Twitch for
saying there are only two genders, according to Newsweek. A neuroscientist
was also removed from his American Psychological Association discussion
group for saying that there are only two sexes, according to Newsweek.

“I don’t complain when I see pride flags and diversity posters hung
throughout the school, do you know why? Because others have a right to
their beliefs just as I do,” Morrison told the school board.

Amberlyn Prather and her family have lived in the house illegally since
January
The Houston public school teacher finally moved out on June 15 after a
judge ruled that the lease was fake and ordered the family to vacate the
property
Realtor Shanequa Garrett was able to get inside and find out how they
broke in
A public school teacher and her family have been evicted from a home in
Houston that they squatted in using a fake lease.

Amberlyn Prather, who is a fourth-grade teacher at a Houston public
school, remained silent as she was confronted by ABC13 outside eviction
court last month after a judge ordered the family to leave the house by
the end of the month.

Prather, who arrived at the property in January while it was vacant and
listed for sale, still managed to drag her heels and remain for a few
weeks longer.

But she has now finally been evicted.

Realtor Shanequa Garrett, who is authorized to sell the house, had not
been inside in months because of the squatters and had been fighting for
months to remove them.

But on June 15, the teacher and her family left the house, which allowed
Garrett to go inside and finally figure out how the family broke into the
home.

'They could climb on a trash can and climb on the roof,' Garrett told
ABC13, speaking from the second-floor bedroom of the house.

'From this window (which was loose), they can just open it from the
outside and jump in. Because we kept getting the house rekeyed, and they
kept getting in.'

It all began when the home was listed for sale in January. Prather was
able to get into the house and then moved her entire family in.

Neighbors saw the moving truck and called the police, but the squatters
were allowed to stay until Garrett took the case to court.

A neighbor told ABC13 earlier this year that he recorded one of the
squatters showing his lease to police - which was later ruled by a judge
to be fake.

'It's insane,' Garrett said at the time, and who has since had to go to
court several times over the issue.

While the judge ruled that the family should have never been in the house,
it took months before the squatters were removed.

'Finally, they're out,' Garrett said. 'Now it's to keep the squatters out
completely. We don't want another situation like this.'

Legal experts told ABC13 that to avoid such situations, prevention is
best. If you know you'll have an empty house for long periods of time,
post no trespassing signs and install security cameras inside and outside,
and to check them frequently.

Squatting is generally investigated as a civil matter, rather than a
police one. Civil courts can generally evict squatters quickly - but those
who know the system can deploy various stalling tactics to remain where
they are for longer.

Squatters who retain control of someone's property for long enough can
even sue to obtain ownership.
